Zipping down the paved paths, Ashlay steadily balanced on her rollerblades. As much as she liked the roller rink, she loved the park for the fact that it was outdoors. The wind blowing on her face felt refreshing.
Showing off to no one in particular, she balanced on one leg, she did twists and turns, and finally she spun herself around. Finding a bench, she slowed down to a stop and sat down, resting for a moment as she glanced at the other visitors to the park.

Maxwell was riding on his bike, as it was a sunny day outside. He quickly dodged the others at the bark. Maxwell could feel the tire on his bike starting to flatten, he stopped his enjoyable ride. He could not longer ride with such a flat tire, well he could yet, that'd be unsafe. Max took the bikes handle bars and walked it over to the bench nearby.

"Sure is a nice day at the park, right?" Ashlay said to who walked over. Unaware of his flat tire, she assumed that he must have been resting as well.

Maxwell turned his head over to the girl talking to him, he nodded his head as he replied, "Yeah, but it sure sucks when your bike gets a flat tire."

"Aw, dang, really?" Ashlay said, getting up from her bench to look over the bike, finally noticing the apparent flat tire on it, "Yeah, I'd be pretty bummed out too if I couldn't ride my wheels..." she looked around the park, "I'd let you use my bike pump, if I had one. Maybe we could ask around, since someone might be carrying one?"

"Thanks for the offer anyways. It's the thought that counts. Yeah, that sounds good! Somebody might have one here, it's a busy day." Maxwell said.

Scoping out the area for someone that might have a bike pump, Ashlay saw a familiar figure riding a bike, "Hey, Delilah!"
At first, the girl who appeared to be Delilah was startled, wobbling a bit on her bike, but looked to see that Ashlay called her. She rode over to her, "Oh, hi..." she noticed the other person with her, "... Ashlay." she said, getting off of her bike.
"This guy needs a bike pump. You have one, right?"
"Oh, yes!" Delilah said, reaching into her backpack to pull out a pump, "I also have a medical kit if any of you are injured, or..." she began listing off all of the items in her bag.
"No, it's fine! Really!" Ashlay said, "He just needs the bike pump."

Maxwell smiled as he saw there was someone who owned a bike pump. He thought it'd be almost impossible! "Thank you so much, I need it for my poor bike." He stated thankfully as he pointed to the bike with an obvious flat tire laying on the grass.

"Ah, um..." Delilah said, pausing, "I could pump up the tire for you, or would you... prefer to do it yourself?" she said, holding it out for if he wanted to take it.

He picked up the pump from her hand, and walked towards the abandoned device on the group.

"Maybe once you get that thing going, we could all ride together!" Ashlay said, pausing, "... Oh, we didn't get your name! I'm Ashlay."
"Delilah." the other girl responded.

"That'd be really nice. Oh and I am Maxwell." As Maxwell was speaking he was pumping up the tire. It was soon back to normal. "Thanks for letting me use this, Delilah!" Maxwell handed the girl back the pump.

"You're welcome..." Delilah said, putting the pump back into her backpack.
"Nice to meet ya', Maxwell." Ashlay said, smiling, "So how's about we roll off?"
