So you think the Biskits could have their own show and could they carry their own show?
They move to another town, have new set of characters, etc. could it work.
I think it could, if you focus on their goofiness and humor like how they always text each other, etc., they social ineptness, etc. Maybe a premese could be, Fisher Biskits sent them to live with middle class or lower class relatives, or someone that is middle class or lower class to teach them the value of hard work, like a reverse Fresh Prince Of Bell Air.
They could make the transation from antagonist to protagonist, if Sharpay Evans from the High School Musical can do it, so could they.
Granted one problem they are no Biskits dolls, they are no products to sell really, so Hasbro wouldn't do it unless there was something in it for them.
Maybe if you want to get the best of both worlds, and I have seen this done before, make this a AU or set in the future thing, you could still have them appear on LPS in their normal roles.

I like Whitt and Britt but their dynamic is primarily driven by their contempt for Blythe and her friends. That would have been like Bulk and Skull not having the power rangers to pick on and that was why they never got their spin-off.

As much as I like Whitt and Britt I feel like they shouldn't get their own seperate show.

Here's a question has a OVA ever been made for a cartoon show because I thought those were for Anime only?

OVA means original vidoe animation, any direct to video cartoon really is an OVA, it is just we don't call it that here.

I didn't really see it, I am not into live action kid show, sorry. But I just knew it was a spinoff of two seperate shows which I thought was unique.

Their own show? Nah, they're just not enough to carry their own show. Besides, why would you want a show with them as the main characters anyway when you consider their roles as foils? They're just made to be supporting characters.
Just give them their own scenes where they act stupid and funny and with less antagonist roles.
