Who is the old nemesis in "Plane It On Rio!"?

Okay the synophis for an upcoming episode of LPS titled "Plane It On Rio!", an old nemesis show up to defeat Blythe and pets competing in the carnival parade in the Carnival parade in Rio.

So any theories on who the old nemesis. This does remind me of the recent Ben 10: Omniverse "Mystery Incorportal" when they gave us the same type of synophis and we had to guess who the old enemy was, and I correctly guess who it was, so maybe I will make it two for two, my guess based on the fact it is about a parade, I think it is Ramon. The only possibility is Judy Jo, Blythe doesn't have that many enemies, she ain't a super hero, so I think it is Ramon. Of course it be cool if we had a Judy Jo / Ramon team up.

Of course it could be someone from Blythe's past from her old hometown that we haven't meet before, but if it is someone we meet, I think it is Ramon.

On another note, I love to see the Biskits try to either secretly behind her back or too her face, help Blythe against her other enemies, at least for there own pride that "no one tormentes Blythe but us, I do think the Biskits had that type of pride in them and would take that route, I don't think they want outsiders messing with their Blythe, and besides deep down I do think they like Blythe or at least like having her around, unlike Ramon or Judy Jo.

It's kind of unfortunate that it was something so obvious given they chose to be slightly secretive about it. Since it's entirely expected they could have just said something like "Ramon is back and may have another scheme hidden among his travel plans. Watch LPS to see what he's up to" or "Blyth attends the big feathered parade with her dad via the pet jet, but to her surprise Ramone is also along for the ride." I mean in that case it wouldn't risk being disapointing and probably would bulid up the same degree of anticipation.
