Russell would be my favorite with Sunil being a close second. The fact he's a hedgehog is very appealing to me. His spikes give him a cool appearance, he rolls into a ball and can even "spin-dash" like a certain blue hedgehog I know, and out of all the pets, he seems to be the smartest and most sensible.

Zoe Trent is my favorite pet because she's the Rarity of Littlest Pet Shop and Rarity is my favorite Mane Six.

I've already stated my first and second favorite characters, but I thought I'd also state that Pepper comes in number 3. There's just something about skunk characters that I really like. While not all that funny IMO (it takes a lot to make me laugh), I do like the fact that she's very upbeat and her voice goes well with it.

My traditional answer used to be Pepper, pretty much solely because of the talent of Tabitha St. Germain, but recently Penny Ling is being my favorite. Her design and characterization are really cute and I feel that she is going to be remembered among Internet cartoon historians down the line in terms of well-designed, well-characterized cute characters in cartoons.
