I heard this from SunilNation98 a few days ago, and now it is confirmed in a TV promo! December 13!
So we are getting thirteen more episodes, and the previous thirteen and these next thirteen are, in total, Season 3.

Finally a Christmas special, I have been begging for one for two years, and one with the Biskits twins at that perhaps they will learn the true meaning of giving. Seriously I am hoping they can get some serious development. The holiday specials that is your get out of jail free card for your antagonist to turn good and so use it.

Here's what Wikipedia says about Snow Stormin' and Back Window:
Snow Stormin': A massive snow storm hits Downtown City, trapping Blythe and the pets at Littlest Pet Shop and things get tense with the pets at each other's throats. Meanwhile, Roger keeps getting lost while trying to dig through the snow to get to the pet shop.
Back Window: Blythe witnesses a crime and struggles to tell her friends in fear of being dismissed, while the pets try to make a handicapped pup feel comfortable.
I can honestly believe Roger getting lost in a storm like that XD However, both cite Zap2it which doesn't have the information at the time. So I have to question the authenticity of it...

Synopsis for Why Can't We Be Friends? by Zap2it
Blythe meets a new girl at the thrift shop and neglects her old friends; Vinnie befriends a spider.
After The Secret Recipe, the A-plot seems kind of disappointing. Though if we get a fifth member in Blythe's friends list (Youngmee, Sue, Jasper, and Emma being the other four) then it shouldn't be too bad.

Agreed, not so much Jasper and Sue, you want to neglet them go right a head, I always thought Emma was better than those two anyway, but after "Secret Recipe" and confirmaning the bond between her and Youngmee, what the heck Blythe? Though I thought they were very pocessive of Blythe in "Penny For Yout Laughs" not being okay with her spenting time with other people, so mybe they will finally get called out on that, it is not the Biskits this time, so what is their excuse this time? |

Hasbro Studios Shorts started releasing these videos called "Life of Blythe". In the one called "My Dad", there's a clip that's potentially from The Sister Story.
I can't get screenshots, nor a link, but if you can, the scene's from 00:28 to 00:34. What I CAN get is dialogue:
Roger: Ummmmm...
Youngmee: Should we call somebody?
