We all learned that lesson by finding out MLP FiM is actually a very good show who took that into consideration upon hearing about Littlest Pet Shop premireing on The Hub channel by the way i'm not going to post or make a poll as i'm sure most if not all of us would say yes?

When I first heard of LPS, I thought it wasn't all that good. I watched the first two episodes and honestly didn't like it, but I gave it a few more chances anyway. Now I'm glad I did, because it's really a great show that just needed some warming up to.
I'm not a big fan of MLP actually. It's good but I'm not as devoted to it as I am to LPS. But I'll admit, like most petters, it's because of MLP that I gave LPS a chance.

But you're right. You should always give someone/something a chance before judging them. Because really, who knows what's really there.
This is in no way mean or rhetorical, but what point exactly are you trying to make in this post? I didn't completely understand what you were saying. Sorry...this is probably really awkward now. :T

I'm asking how many of us took the whole don't judge something before you watch it lesson that we all learned upon discovering MLP FiM and took that into consideration upon watching LPS for the first time that was what the original question was asking.

I am more devoted to LPS. As a kid I loved LPS toys! MLP toys? Not so much. So I doce right into LpS. Not so much mlp. I gave it a chance and liked it!

I wasn't a big fan of MLP as a kid, and played with LPS toys more. Also, the cartoon appeals to me more than MLP: FiM because it's more slice of life rather than fantasy. It's kind of like when bronies say they like MLP more for being fantasy, but it's opposite for me. We all have different tastes in genre, I guess. |

I like the LPS characters better and the plot. I like it better too. I also didn't like MLP toys. The hair bugged me. I am bored of MLP now actually. I also like more gender-balance. Males are rare in MLP xD. I also like all the different animals. I'm not a fan of horses. Bad experiences.

I really love the LPS characters, the gender balance, and the different species. Even though I do prefer LPS, I must say that a lot of the show is based off some elements of MLP. It isn't MLP I'll tell you that, but you can see the resemblance (mainly because the people who work on MLP also work on LPS).
The show is also a great break from MLP. I actually started watching the show after the season finale, so I can have something to do while waiting for S4, and found myself liking LPS better. MLP is still a good show though, and I'm waiting eagerly for the forth season.
