A lot of people are complaining over the new design. What do you think about the new design. I don't mind it. A lot of brands change designs based on the show (ex. MLP and TMNT)

They don't look all that different to me, really. Then again, I'm not much of a collector.
Perhaps it's because toys will be produced of the same characters rather than different ones? That's my guess, anyhow.

I've been a collector since the VERY first LPS came out (I was very young, and I lost them) Yeah, the only really big difference to me is the new brands heads don't bobble.

I know. I do notice a lot of complaining over change, even though the old LPS is still being sold. They just wanted a design to promote the show. Like most shows do.

When the change happened at first I was dissapointed, being a fan of the toys when the first came out. Now, I dont mind as much. I find their apperence pretty fetching to the eye.

There's actually 3 designs. I'm not talking about the Gen 1 here.

Meh. As a person who played with the older toys as a kid, I don't think the new ones are all that great. They're too glittery and rainbow-y and...stuff. Plus, their signature bobbly heads aren't there anymore.

Yay I learned something today even though I have no interest in buying MLP or LPS toys I only want DVDs and shirts from both shows even though LPS doesn't have shirts yet also maybe a poster or two.

I do perfer the realism that was in the older version. The bobbly heads where something I remember. Except if you get by on that their pretty good. Not as good. They also don't stand well.
