Back then, it was Nemechi from the game "Devil Summoner - Soul Hackers". Found the picture from the official website. Before, it was Grizzly from Shirokuma Cafe (Polar Bear Cafe). Previously, it's young Polar Bear from Shirokuma Cafe. Screencapped it at episode 25.
Now, it's a picture from the ios game, Symphonica.
