I've heard about Escape From Equestia it's supposed to be a really long MLP crossover story but I haven't read it yet.

I am giving you an exclussive secret, but the plan is to do a trilogy. The second one will be in Downtown City, and the third one will involve both Equestria and Downtown City.

What I do is PM ideas, we discuess them, give and take, but ultimately the author puts the story together.
I have my own fan fic ideas I want to, though they are mostly one shots, some unrelated to MLPS, and some might be side stories.
Some ideas I want to do, is a story in which a big comcloment, a rival to Fisher Biskits, only more ruthless wants to buy out the entire block with LPS and Sweet Delights as well as the Baxters home and make a huge factory. This ruthless tycoon has twin sons or a twin son and daughter I haven't decided yet, that are as ruthless as their dad. If the Biskits are Jessie and James, than these guys are Butch and Cassidy.
Another idea as I mentioned before, is a flashback story in which Mrs. Twombry remembers her past assistant Fisher Biskit, with a cameos by Roger and Christy.
