Personally, I'm not into many horror survival type games. However, there is this one scene I saw as a kid and whenever I play the game now, I still have to turn my TV off during the scene:

When I saw it as a kid, I had nightmares about it FOR YEARS. I didn't even KNOW it was a headless body. All I saw was this huge, bloated head with a creepy eyeball, giant, deformed ears and what appeared to be mandibles and a squid with bloody tentacles. Jenova became my personal boogey man. Eventually, I found out that the eyeball was really Jenova's nipple, the ears were wings and the mandibles were her thighs but it did nothing to soften the blow of what seeing that thing did to me. Even looking at the screen shot, I feel the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
