An odd observation/coincidence involving Minka

I don't know if anyone will care about this or not, but I have somewhat recently started playing Borderlands 2 with a friend. It's going slowly given we don't have time to hang out too too often. Anyway last night I got to the part where you first see Tiny Tina. I couldn't say this to my friend, but I really wanted to mention to someone that her voice sound's like Minka and even her manner of speech is similar! (Though the content said isn't). Sometimes it's clearer than others but it seems pretty close to me. Does anyone agree/disagree.. or just have any reaction?

Also have you had any characters from oddly unfitting games/movies sound surprisingly like LPS/MLP characters? (That said, even though it's somewhat odd to find connections in these two Borderlands 2 does say in the credits "to my adorable Fluttershy" .. look it up if you haven't seen this. There are other MLP references in there to. For example the Mecromancer class has horse puns for her abilities, and there is purple armor with a unicorn crest on it. Also the villain brags about being able to buy a pony made of diamonds.)

Eh, not even close if you ask me. The voice in that video sounds too different to suggest Minka's voice. She does have the sudden outbursts of hyperness to her voice so I can see where you get the idea from, but otherwise I disagree.

Out of the pet characters, the only VA I'm really familiar with, though, is Sam Vincent, who does Russell's voice. He did Double D in Ed, Edd and Eddy and a few characters in some anime shows.

Edit: After a little googling, I was able to find out that this Tiny Tina character you speak of is voiced by Ashly Burch. Minka is voiced by Kira Tozer.

I wasn't saying it's the same voice actor. I was saying they sound really similar to me. Hence coincidence. I guess you disagree though.

Minka is a really archetypal so you're bound to find characters that are really similar.
