Christmas and my birthday are real close. I have a birthday on December 20.
Relatives sent me... let's see 25 plus 30 plus another 20, sixty five bucks in cash...
then 150 bucks in walmart gift cards and 50 bucks in Target gift cards...
Today I spent all fifty of those bucks on an iTunes Gift Card.
I almsot never make online content purchases... or purchase much things in general...
But Now I just bought the Season Pass for the new episodes of Littlest Pet Shop.
... It looks like Discovery Family Channel doesn't offer recent full episodes for free anymore...
Before, Both MLPFiM and Littlest Pet Shop would get the newest episode the Monday after the Saturday it premiered on the Hub Network on the hubnetwork.com website... and each episode would stay on for two weeks.
But now that it got rebranded as Discovery Family Channel, the daytime.discoveryfamilychannel site no longer offers the free full episodes. I can probably guess why. LPS and MLP:FiM are commercialized toy commercials and DFC is supposed to be focused on programming that is a bit more e/i (that means educational/informational) and relating to real life.
And I feel dirty resorting to watching streams on DailyMotion as a form of piracy... whenever YouTube cracks down on what basically amounts to piracy and instead promotes their legit $1.99 per episode channel HasbroEpisodes... there have been a few people having success on uploading LPS episodes on DailyMotion... since hardly anyone goes on DailyMotion... I guess they don't care as much???
... I just looked it up now... it looks like the most recent episodes aren't showing up. See, I didn't want to depend on that.
Now I'm glad I will perma-own totally legit episodes of this new season when they arrive probably shortly after they air.
I still haven't watched the third episode yet.. but will later this week.
... I generally don't like the commercial aspect of Christmas and my own birthday. I feel weak for not being able to provide for others quite yet.
Well... I might as well appreciate the people who are being giving to me... That is part of why I am finally buying these episodes.
