You know those characters we see in the background, but sometimes don't get any info at all?
I remember this rule on another board about background characters- If they had no official role in canon, then one would be allowed to treat them as an OC. Perhaps the same could be for here? I mean, there are a lot of interesting-looking characters in the show that aren't fleshed out at all.
